Aparta hotel 90

A plant defined by a study of detail, we have been commissioned to design an hotel-apartment that accommodate 90 apartments with their common, local shopping and a top-floor spa.
The challenge lies in giving character to that predefined volume to give to the building a differentiator element and to create interior spaces in keeping with the hotel program. For this, we played with the design of balconies in the ends of the building, framing the accommodation blocks. The alternation of the balconies enriches the elevation and gives its own identity to each apartment.
Between each block, courtyards with a height of 9 floors are created to provide the set of relevant spaces of a hotel building. On the ground under cover, are incorporated spa services which opens into spacious terraces, with a swimming pool.
